Watt Plaza was developed by Watt Industries and is managed by Watt Management Company. This manual is designed as an information resource on Watt Plaza policies, procedures and tenant services. Phone numbers, addresses and information on subjects have been provided that will orient you to the Building and surrounding area. Safety systems (the responsibility of Building staff and tenants during an emergency) are outlined in this manual.

Watt Management Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, amend or discontinue the use of information contained herein. The information herein does not modify or amend the provisions of your Lease in any way.
